Monday – Friday 6:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. 35 hours per week

Monday – Friday 6:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. 35 hours per week
These hours and days of the week are not negotiable due to BDN’s operational needs.
Duties will include:
- Covering the front desk in a very large and busy child care center serving 240+ children
- Ensuring that children are released only to authorized individuals
- Greeting and screening visitors and callers
- Collecting payments from parents/customers using a computerized system
- Maintaining children’s files and database
- Generating parent/guardian notices
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate
- Previous experience working as a front desk receptionist or secretary in a busy environment
- Some basic accounting knowledge
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Must have experience within a highly organized, detail- oriented computerized office environment
- Should have the ability to work with the public and be able to multi-task
