Group Leader 

Job Posting – Group Leader for Before and After School Program

This is a full-time position with benefits including the choice of four (4) different Fallon Health Plans and BCBS Dental Blue benefits where the employer pays 75% of the monthly premium (after 90 days of employment) as well as a generous paid time off package.

Applicants must meet employment requirements, such as maintaining current First Aid and CPR Training and must also meet and verify EEC Group Leader Requirements.  Candidates with an Associate's Degree or Higher are preferred. All candidates are required to complete a BRC (Background Record Check) authorization form and present identification as required by 101 CMR 15.06(2)(b).  Prior to receiving an offer of employment, a Statement of Health (within 1 year) from a physician must be provided.  References will be checked.  First Aid/CPR certification required within one month of hire; if not currently certified. 

Monday – Friday         6:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. -6:00 p.m. (split shift)

$11.42 per hour (plus hourly differential for education [e.g.  AS, BS, MS])  -   35 hours per week

These hours and days of the week are not negotiable due to BDN’s operational needs.

Description:

Out of School Time program in Brockton is seeking resumes for a Full-Time Group Leader position.  The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, creative and caring individual with experience in a school age setting to work with children in grades K-8 academic enrichment setting. Responsibilities include development and implementation of age appropriate activities for a complete educational, social and recreational before and after school programs for children.
